Today We Rest!

I would like to give some insight into why I have chosen to not have my Products available for sale on Saturdays. Most would refer to this decision as religious but I see it more as an awareness. I have chosen to acknowledge that there is a creator who made heaven and earth and everything that is to be a benefits for all living things on the earth. I also believe that there are principles that has been designed to ensure that there is a cohesive balance among all of us.
One of these principles allows for a time of True Rest, a ceasing from all labors and burdens, which offers the opportunity for reflection and to find peace. To be restored and rejuvenated. To be appreciative and thankful, and so much more...which is beneficial to all of humanity and our environment.
This is an integral part of my personal and business life and so I share this awareness by my silent gesture of "Resting" that others may also have an opportunity to experience what I currently enjoy.

God saw that a Sabbath was essential for man, even in Paradise (Eden). He needed to lay aside his own interests and pursuits for one day of the seven, that he might more fully contemplate the works of God and meditate upon His power and goodness. He needed a Sabbath to remind him more vividly of God and to awaken gratitude because all that he enjoyed and possessed came from the beneficent hand of the Creator. {PP 48}
